Nitrogen Absorption Pattern Detection and Expression Analysis of Nitrate Transporters in Flowering Chinese Cabbage

Nitrate transporters (NRTs) play an important role in nitrate absorption and internal distribution plant roots other parts. Experiments were carried out to explore the sequences expression characteristics of NRT genes, their correlation with N uptake flowering Chinese cabbage. We have isolated three BcNRTs (BcNRT1.1, BcNRT1.2, BcNRT2.1) from Spatio-temporal analysis found that BcNRT1.1 BcNRT2.1 mainly expressed roots, while BcNRT1.2 was more than leaves during vegetative growth reproductive growth. The NO3? rate entire period significantly correlated roots. In addition, total content increased increase concentration NH4+ slightly induced by NH4+, but had no significant difference under 1–8 mmol/L. also lower concentrations promoted inhibiting amount treatment 25/75 NH4+/NO3? higher two treatments (0/100 50/50). mixture NO3?, expression. concluded mixed nutrition could nitrogen cabbage, which members NRT1 subfamily (BcNRT1.1 BcNRT1.2) might a major regulatory it.
